For the convenience of all our patients, we ask that you make appointments for all visits, whether it’s a sick visit or well child check-up. This minimizes wait times and helps our physicians give the best care possible.
Sick visits can be made for the same day but we ask that you call as early as possible to get the best time available for you and your child. Well Child Physicals will sometimes require 2-3 weeks to schedule a convenient time for you depending on the season. If an emergency arises, we will see you as soon as possible but a call ahead will help us to prepare for your visit.
We ask that you let us know the nature of the problem beforehand so that we can give the appropriate amount of time for you visit. We value your time and always attempt to keep on schedule, but because of hospital duties, phone calls and emergencies we sometimes get derailed. We will attempt to notify you if we are running late and if your schedule will not allow you to wait we can always offer for you to see another of our physicians or to reschedule. In return we ask that you call us ahead of time if you have to cancel or will not be able to make your appointment time.
